• 4 roma tomatoes, quartered & sprinkled with salt & pepper

• 1/2 shallot, quartered

• 1 small bulb garlic

• 7-8 oz ricotta cheese

• ~2 tbsp olive oil (tomato drizzle + sauce ingredient)

• 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
